Head of Network Recruiting

📋 Description

• Architect and complete targeted network expansion strategies, leading end-to-end recruitment plans
• Monitor regional provider density and access metrics to prioritize and close any gaps to exceed
• Partner with Network Contracting, Network Strategy, and Market Leadership to align provider
• Track and lead recruitment pipeline velocity and team productivity.
• Use network design analytics to monitor recruitment pipeline throughput, and address regulatory
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of network development professionals, sometimes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a
• 12+ years of experience in healthcare industry
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in provider network development, network operations
• Experience engaging and contracting with community health centers, FQHCs, and independent provider
• Demonstrated understanding of CMS and state-level network adequacy requirements and access-to-care
• Experience managing multi-departmental workflows across contracting, legal, operations, and market
