• Own the numbers and report them honestly, including the ugly ones.
• Build and lead a team; identify bottlenecks before they become fires.
• Build systems and automation instead of throwing people at problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Startup experience; ideally you've founded or run something.
• Comfortable making judgment calls without a playbook.
• Self-starter; you don't wait for permission.
• Technical enough to build or spec tooling.
• You communicate directly—no padding or spin.
• Nice to have: Airtable, Make, Slack APIs, light scripting.
