Lead end-to-end delivery of MICE and events from brief to on-ground execution.
Oversee production, logistics, AV, and vendor management across multiple projects.
Build SOPs, timelines, and quality controls across the delivery cycle.
Own budgeting, costing, and P&L for delivery, protecting margins.
Manage vendor networks and ensure reliability and compliance.
Act as senior point of contact for key clients, driving retention and repeat business.

🎯 Requirements

10–15+ years in events/experiential/MICE with senior operations leadership.
Proven track record delivering large-scale corporate events.
Strong ops/production and client-facing experience.
Demonstrated P&L, budgeting, and vendor negotiation.
Experience leading cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
Excellent client relationships and stakeholder management.
Willingness to travel and work on-ground during events.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or events/hospitality a plus.
