• Own 3 areas: partner lifecycle, operating cadence, and business ops
• Lead end-to-end path from signed contract to live revenue
• Set operating standards across functions and drive scalable processes
• Build a repeatable launch playbook and reduce time to launch
• Shape company-wide operating cadence and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Operational infrastructure experience at high-growth startups
• Ability to run both hands-on ops and strategic business planning
• Proven track record in cross-functional process design and ownership
• Strong planning, metrics, and governance discipline
• Experience using AI as an operational lever
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York or San Francisco
