🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading operations in high-growth or manufacturing firms.
• Proven design and scaling of complex operational systems and processes.
• Strong financial acumen; budgets and P&L metrics.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving automation or AI tools; AI-native workflows.
• Fluent English (C1+); German or Polish a plus.
