Head of Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end business operations across major study destinations, source markets globally
• Design and implement scalable, structured workflows to absorb increasing application volumes
• Define and enforce SLAs, quality benchmarks, and processing standards across destinations
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and build visibility/processes to surface and fix issues
• Lead AI transformation of operations unit, redefine roles/workflows around AI
• Build dashboards and reporting for real-time pipeline health

🎯 Requirements

• Twelve to fifteen years in operations, meaningful part in student placements/international
• Understanding of full application lifecycle from running it, not policy
• Led teams in high-volume environments
• Metrics-driven using data to make decisions, building dashboards
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building
• Strong leadership, accountability culture
