Head of Operations

📋 Description

• Own revenue operations, including billing, collections, payments, quote-to-cash workflows, pipeline
• Manage contracts and vendor operations, including order forms, MSAs, NDAs, partner agreements, SaaS
• Establish reliable processes that ensure customer contracts, product usage, billing, and payments
• Manage partner administration, including revenue-share calculations and payments, partner records
• Take ownership of recruiting and people operations, including sourcing, outreach, scheduling
• Hire and manage an Operations Associate who will gradually take ownership of documented operational

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building an operations function or operational infrastructure from the
• Strong practical knowledge of billing, collections, contracts, vendor management, business systems
• Proven experience creating processes that can be documented, delegated, measured, and operated
• Experience hiring, managing, and developing people, with the ability to build a team gradually as
• Comfortable representing the organization with external stakeholders, including customers
• Willingness to remain highly hands-on during the first six months and personally learn and operate
