• Lead a global operations team across six functions

• Travel regularly to operational sites to understand local conditions
• Align operational priorities with the technical and commercial roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations or consulting with 5+ in direct leadership
• Proven track record building and scaling field operations
• Experience running 24/7 shift operations across sites/time zones
• Deeply data-driven; translate metrics into decisions
• Hands-on and site-present leadership
• Strong training, onboarding, and quality programs
