Head of Operations (Core)

📋 Description

• Drive the entire fraud management and detection across all our product types and at payment process
• Streamline customer support workflows
• Oversee the maintenance of our coupon auto apply and app to app operations
• Partner with finance to ensure we have enough cash on all our providers' account
• Work cross-functionally with Product and other teams to translate business needs into scalable

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or operations in tech
• A Master degree from a Tier 1 University
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to break down complex business
• Proven ability to design, standardize, and optimize processes across complex or rapidly evolving
• A strong leadership track record
• A proactive and persistent mindset, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a strong interest in
