📋 Description

• Define and implement an operational strategy to launch and scale device financing.
• Work closely with Head of Device Financing to align ops with goals.
• Drive continuous process improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Partner with Risk team to enforce fraud prevention and verification.
• Ensure all processes comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Oversee returned and repossessed phones to recover value and minimize losses.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years fintech ops experience
• Proven leadership delivering strong performance
• Track record scaling ops in fast-growth settings
• Experience with dealers, distributors, or large partner networks
• Strong leadership and people mgmt for mid-level managers
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
