Head of Operations for eCom DTC brand

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end back-end operations, incl. supply chain, inventory planning, manufacturing
• Build and maintain scalable operating systems, processes, and SOPs with clear ownership
• Establish and maintain an operational knowledge base to continuously improve processes as the
• Develop accurate inventory systems of record and PO calendars to improve visibility and stock
• Create reliable reporting and a single source of truth for weekly leadership metrics (inventory
• Automate subscription and channel revenue reporting; develop a concise weekly operations scorecard

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of operations experience within a physical-product, e-commerce, or
• Experience in a high-growth environment, ideally scaling a brand generating $20M–$50M in annual
• Direct experience across multiple operational functions (supply chain, inventory, 3PL/fulfillment
• Experience building a department/operating system/reporting from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of physical-product operations (lead times, POs, landed costs, inventory
• Proven experience hiring, onboarding, managing, developing, and exiting team members.
