Head of Operations Planning

📋 Description

• Build and lead the Operations Planning function and team design.
• Define demand capture and forecast cadence for production plans.
• Translate forecast into staffing plans; model headcount risk.
• Own opportunity pipeline from signal to forecast; ensure consistency.
• Build dashboards and planning tools for visibility and reporting.
• Represent Operations Planning in cross-functional reviews and forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ops, PM, or biz ops with demand planning and forecasting exp.
• Experience building a team/function from scratch.
• Direct experience managing people.
• Strong command of spreadsheets and reporting tools; hands-on builder.
• Track record standardizing messy processes into repeatable, auditable ones.
• Comfortable being the source of truth in numbers discussions; AI data ops is a plus.
