Head of Options Trading

📋 Description

• Run and grow EXANTE's options and derivatives business with full P&L responsibility.
• Design and execute trading and hedging strategies for the options book.
• Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, prime brokers and market makers.
• Partner with Technology and Product to deliver the platform roadmap.
• Grow client options and derivatives flow with RM, Sales and Marketing.
• Lead team build-out and cross-functional work with Compliance, Risk, Ops, Treasury, Tech.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–20 years in options or derivatives trading, market making, or running a derivatives book.
• Multi-asset experience across equity, index, FX and commodities; listed and OTC.
• Strong risk management: delta, gamma, vega, correlation and exotic risks.
• Product launch track record of derivative products is a strong plus.
• Established network of counterparties, exchanges and liquidity providers.
• Fluent English; P&L accountability.
