Head of Options Trading

📋 Description

\n
• Run and grow the options/derivatives business with full P&L responsibility.
\n
• Design and run hedging strategies; include market making and risk control.
\n
• Onboard and manage exchanges, prime brokers, market makers, OTCs.
\n
• Partner with Tech/Product to deliver platform enhancements and roadmap.
\n
• Grow client options flow with Relationship Managers, Sales and Marketing.
\n
• Lead team build-out and establish governance for risk and suitability.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 10–20 years in options/derivatives trading or market making.
\n
• Multi-asset across equity, index, FX, and commodities; listed and OTC.
\n
• Strong risk management: delta, gamma, vega, correlation, exotics.
\n
• Product launch track record for derivative products.
\n
• Established network of counterparties, exchanges, liquidity providers.
\n
• MiFID II knowledge; UK/Asia regimes; fluent English; P&L ownership.
\n
