• Lead the Bybit Way culture design across regions and departments.
• Own full onboarding cycle from pre-entry to probation.
• Design scalable orientation programs for global offices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of L&D/OD experience, incl. 2+ years in team leadership.
• Proficient in e-learning platforms and LMS systems.
• Strong business acumen with cross-team communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Excellent presentation and on-site facilitation skills.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise talent development programs.
