📋 Description

• Own end-to-end paid social strategy and execution for insurance vertical across Meta and TikTok
• Manage budget and bid strategies, balancing ROAS and contribution dollars for profitable growth.
• Lead high-velocity creative testing roadmap with creative strategists and production teams.
• Monitor performance, diagnose shifts, and take corrective action.
• Scale monthly paid social investment while maintaining target margins and improving predictability.
• Build repeatable paid social playbook for testing, optimization, measurement, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on paid social buying experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing
• Proven experience managing at least $250,000 in monthly paid social spend with accountability for
• Deep expertise with Meta Ads including campaign structure, bidding, budgeting, audience and
• Significant TikTok advertising experience at scale, including allowlisting, vertical restrictions
• Experience in a compliance-heavy or regulated industry such as insurance, lending, credit
• Strong knowledge of tracking and attribution including pixel and server-side events, postbacks
