📋 Description

• Build and lead Partner Growth from scratch: strategy, processes, and team structure
• Develop scalable growth strategies for partners, creators, and agencies across international markets
• Build lead generation pipelines and scale acquisition channels
• Launch outbound partnership initiatives and creator acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations to scale initiatives
• Analyze data to uncover growth levers and optimization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• English B1+
• 3+ years in Growth, Partnerships, or Business Development
• Proven lead generation and scaling acquisition experience
• Experience with influencer/creator marketing and partnerships
• Strong understanding of funnels, CAC, ROI, and growth metrics
• Analytical, data-driven with dashboards and funnel analysis
