  • Define EMEA partner sales vision and strategy; lead the team

  • 5+ years managing partner directors and managers
  • Experience recruiting and managing 1- and 2-tier channels
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, GSIs)
  • Proven ability to forecast partner business and hit targets
  • Excellent written and oral communication; persuasive
