Head of Partnerships

📋 Description

• Define and own the global partnerships strategy, including segmentation, tiering, and GTM.
• Own partnership-sourced and -influenced pipeline and revenue targets.
• Lead and grow strategic partner relationships across platforms, agencies, and ecosystem partners.
• Build joint value propositions and GTM plans; drive co-sell and co-marketing with Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps.
• Champion partners internally across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product.
• Recruit and enable new partners in priority markets, focusing on EMEA and the US.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of building/scaling B2B partnerships end-to-end.
• Experience building joint GTM plans, co-sell motions, and co-marketing with tech/cloud/solutions partners.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven pipeline and revenue via partner channels.
• Strong prioritisation to focus on impactful partners and motions.
• Experience working with product/technical teams to support integrations and platform partnerships.
• Experience managing/developing teams and hands-on leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and C-suite relationship building.
• Comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity and GTM impact.
• Bonus: Experience with agencies/SI/CMS/DXP partners in marketing tech ecosystems.
• Bonus: Experience building/scaling partnerships programs from scratch.
• Bonus: Localization tech, AI-enabled SaaS, or content automation experience.
• Bonus: Familiarity with partner management platforms or CRM tools (Salesforce, PartnerStack).
