📋 Description

• Lead the People function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent aligned with long-term goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape culture, ensuring alignment with values, mission, and vision.
• Oversee talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
• Create competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and company objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a leadership role owning a recruiting function at a high-growth company.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Proven experience in people management, talent acquisition, organizational development, and performance management.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, including developing and implementing people programs and policies that align with company goals.
• Strong understanding of startup equity and working with ISO’s and RSUs.
