📋 Description

• Own end-to-end employee experience: onboarding, offboarding, payroll, HRIS
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
• Serve as trusted advisor to employees, managers, leadership
• Partner with leaders to strengthen management and drive high performance
• Lead performance management, compensation philosophy, and total rewards
• Own employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years HR/People experience; Head of People or equivalent preferred
• Experience scaling HR infra at startups (50–200 employees)
• Deep knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, multi-state
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling), payroll, benefits
• Experience designing performance cycles and compensation benchmarking
• Strong partnering with founders and senior leadership; data-driven
