Head of People

📋 Description

• Lead the People team--including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace Experience--setting
• Own and continuously improve people programs, including onboarding, performance management
• Partner closely with managers to navigate employee challenges, address performance issues, and
• Oversee talent acquisition strategy and execution, partnering with hiring managers and the
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across CA, MA, and remote jurisdictions.
• Own and optimize our people systems and processes, including hands-on administration of our HRIS.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
• Demonstrated success building, implementing, and scaling people programs in a fast-paced
• Experience leading or overseeing Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruiting
• Strong HR business partnership experience, including navigating complex employee relations matters
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a willingness to take a hands-on
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build
