📋 Description

• Build Hifly’s People strategy and governance model
• Act as a strategic partner for organizational decisions (growth, change management)
• Shape company culture and lead People Analytics initiatives
• Support organizational development for international expansion
• Lead, develop, and expand the People Advisor team
• Support continuous evolution of mentoring framework and Advisor roles

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of HR, People, or Organizational Development (OD) leadership experience
• Experience in fast-growing tech/IT, IT consultancy, or professional services environment
• Ability to build a new function from scratch with tailored solutions
• Comfortable at both strategic and operational levels; systems thinker
• Excellent at building trust, advisory/coaching role
• Well-versed in key labor law and compliance frameworks
