🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in People/HR with 3+ in leadership roles owning a function or major program
• Scaled a People function through 100-250+ inflection at a high-growth SaaS/tech company
• Builder, not inheritor: shipped manager development, performance, onboarding programs
• Manager-centric philosophy: great managers drive outcomes
• Trusted strategic partner to senior leaders: comfortable with CEOs/founders
• Operational rigor: run the function on documented, repeatable rhythms
