📋 Description

• Lead the People Operations pillar within the PSC.
• Deliver end-to-end employee experiences with Human + Agentic AI.
• Manage multi-geography teams, vendors, and partners.
• Drive transformation through AI, automation, governance, and security.
• Build a self-service-first, scalable service delivery model.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leading HR ops, shared services in multi-country tech env
• 5+ years designing HR operating models/global centers
• Experience deploying GenAI, agentic AI, and RPA in HR/ops
• Vendor/BPO management incl SLAs, performance, transitions
• HR compliance and information security: SOX, PDPA/GDPR
• Leadership of large-scale cross-geography transformation programs
