📋 Description

• Lead transformation of People Ops to PSC model using zero-based redesign and automation.
• Design and implement tiered service delivery with governance, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Scale AI-enabled workflows across the employee lifecycle (chatbots, onboarding, perf).
• Manage vendor relationships and governance across India and the Philippines.
• Oversee compliance, risk and information security across People Ops.
• Lead People Experience service delivery across markets with a metrics framework.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leading HR operations, multi-country tech environment.
• 5+ years designing HR operating models and global centers.
• Experience deploying AI/automation in HR or ops, incl GenAI, RPA.
• Vendor/BPO management and transitions.
• Expertise in HR compliance: SOX, PDPA/GDPR, data governance.
• Experience leading large-scale multi-geography transformation programs.
