🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of HR experience with 5 years leading HR Business Partner teams in technology, fintech
• Track record of solving complex problems and managing organisational change, including experience
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels, demonstrated
• Experience with HRIS systems and People analytics tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgement, shown through your experience diagnosing
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, demonstrated through your history of delivering
