📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to the People Partner team; lead, coach, and develop part of the People Partner
• Coordinate capacity, priorities, and cross-functional activities within your area
• Act as escalation and sparring partner for complex People matters
• Contribute to development of the People Partner model and Learning Academy
• Own People agenda for assigned business group; advise on organisation design, workforce planning
• Lead complex change and M&A activities including restructurings, reorganisations, and

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as Senior HR Business Partner or comparable role in international
• Experience partnering with executives and senior leadership teams
• Experience leading, coaching, or managing HR/People Partners
• Track record of leading M&A and integration activities
• Hands-on experience with restructures, redundancies, or workforce transformation across multiple
• Strong practical knowledge of employment law and employee relations across multiple jurisdictions
