📋 Description

• Partner with CTO and CPO to shape people strategy for R&D.
• Lead a high-performing two-person People Partner team.
• Collaborate with GTM, G&A, and International to evolve the function.
• Drive org design, succession planning, and change mgmt in R&D.
• Provide executive coaching and develop leadership across the org.
• Lead M&A workforce integration and talent assessment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive People/HR experience in high-growth tech.
• Proven success in org design, workforce planning, coaching, and change.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing People Partners.
• Strong commercial acumen linking people strategy to business outcomes.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions or major transformations.
• Executive presence with sound judgment in complex environments.
