• Lead and grow Birdie's People & Talent team with autonomy and quarterly rhythms
• Own and deliver talent strategy from workforce planning to hiring bar
• Run performance, calibration and compensation cycles with data-backed tweaks
• Deliver AI-first workforce programme with our COO: build AI fluency company-wide
• Advise leaders on team health and culture, shaping executive decisions
• Build rituals, data and feedback loops to sustain culture at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Led People & Talent in high-growth B2B SaaS (Series B+)
• Strong belief in hiring, candid feedback and accountability
• Built/rebuilt People systems with automation focus
• Uses AI in daily work and makes data-driven decisions
• Hands-on as well as strategic, comfortable with ambiguity
• Low ego, thrives in ambiguity and prioritizes what matters
