• Act as trusted People partner to US leadership; drive performance and outcomes.
• Own and execute the US People strategy; align with global talent and culture.
• Use data to guide decisions; lead workforce planning and org design.
• Embed initiatives across US (performance, pay cycles, hybrid work).
• Escalate complex employee relations; provide pragmatic advice.
• Lead and develop US People Partners; build capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant senior strategic HR leadership experience; scaling tech/international.
• Business-savvy and commercially aware; able to influence through others.
• Credible with senior leaders; excellent coach; challenge with respect.
• Outcome-focused; able to simplify and scale processes.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law; multi-state compliance.
• Tech and AI-fluent; proficient with HRIS, surveys, spreadsheets, AI.
