📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Performance Management team
• Collaborate with regional CCO to follow sales performance
• Oversee CRM tracking of signings, cancellation, pipeline, productivity
• Improve sales ops analysis, target incentives, automate tasks with SQL
• Maintain dashboards for regional execs and stakeholders
• Promote data visualization and self-reporting (PowerBI)

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in finance, business studies, or related field
• 10 years in Sales Ops, Business Planning, or PM with leadership
• Experience leading a management team
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• BI tools, data visualization; SQL a plus
• French and English communication
