🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition strategy, ideally within
• Proven success managing nine-figure marketing budgets and delivering measurable business growth.
• Deep expertise in paid media strategy and data-driven optimization at scale.
• Strong command of attribution, experimentation design, and performance analytics.
• Track record of P&L ownership and driving profitability through efficient investment.
• Inspirational leader capable of managing large teams and fostering a high-impact culture.
