🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in creative grantmaking, program strategy, and partnership
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Passion for the power of innovation in philanthropy, such as video games as tools for education
• Well versed in a range of philanthropic tools (grants, competitions, prize-based models, ventures
• Demonstrated ability to gain subject-matter expertise quickly across a variety of areas as
• Knowledge of various philanthropic organizational structures such as c3, c4, and DAF.
