🎯 Requirements

8-12+ years in ops leadership; 4+ years in marketplaces/ride-hailing.
Proven track record building teams and processes from scratch.
Experience managing 30+ distributed, fast-paced teams.
Ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure.
Background in Trust & Safety, regulatory compliance, or platform integrity.
