Head of Platform Engineering

📋 Description

• Own platform engineering strategy, roadmap, and long-term direction.
• Lead reliability, scalability, security, automation, and developer experience across cloud platforms.
• Define platform standards for cloud, observability, security, and env management.
• Own CI/CD, IaC, deployment workflows, and production environments.
• Build reusable platform capabilities and self-service to boost productivity.
• Improve monitoring, incident response, and operational resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Platform Engineering/DevOps/SRE/Cloud Infra.
• 2+ years leading a Platform/Infrastructure/DevOps/SRE function.
• Strong AWS production experience including architecture, networking, and security.
• Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar.
• IaC with Terraform or Pulumi.
