Head of Platform Engineering

📋 Description

• Own platform engineering and infrastructure; set strategy and long-term direction.
• Collaborate to define a roadmap for reliability, security, automation, and DX.
• Define platform standards for cloud infrastructure, deployments, observability, and security.
• Own cloud infra, CI/CD, IaC, deployment workflows, and production environments.
• Build reusable platform capabilities and self-service to boost developer productivity.
• Improve monitoring, incident response, and operational resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or cloud infra.
• 2+ years leading a platform/infrastructure/DevOps/SRE function with technical direction.
• Proven experience mentoring platform and reliability teams.
• Strong AWS production experience with architecture, networking, security.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD; Terraform IaC.
