Head of Platform Operations

📋 Description

• Own and scale all talent platform operations.
• Lead full lifecycle: sourcing, matching, onboarding, payments, and compliance.
• Build scalable, AI-enabled workflows with Product and Data.
• Refine talent matching to identify top 1% talent from 6M+ pool.
• Manage global contractor pool with scalable systems.
• Support Operations: set standards, SLAs, escalation, issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform or marketplace operations with growing scope.
• Hands-on AI-driven automation in operational workflows.
• Experience building proprietary systems that scale with growth.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
• Proven ability to build onboarding, payments, and compliance infra at scale.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus; marketplace experience preferred.
