• Proven track record building platform/infrastructure products (not just consumer features)
• Strong systems thinking: define product architecture, module catalogs, and API contracts.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-heavy environments (fintech, banking, crypto); regulatory
• Demonstrated ability to drive OKR quality and move teams to outcome-based measurement.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) for internal engineering/business communication.
