📋 Description

• Lead policy, regulatory, and public affairs initiatives that support commercial growth, strengthen
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on policy, regulatory, stakeholder, and
• Develop and execute federal and state policy strategies aligned with commercial deployment and
• Monitor legislation, regulations, and government agency actions affecting carbon capture, power
• Represent the organization in industry associations, coalitions, working groups, and policy forums
• Lead public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies, shaping the external narrative around

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in energy policy, public affairs, government affairs
• Proven track record of influencing policy, regulatory, legislative, or stakeholder outcomes
• Experience in carbon capture, power generation, grid infrastructure, natural gas, industrial
• Strong understanding of energy markets, infrastructure development, permitting processes, and
• Familiarity with Class VI permitting, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) programs, Department of
• Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
