Head of Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead vendor negotiation and renewals for the largest and most strategic agreements, including cloud
• Structure deals that hold up over time, including usage-based and committed-spend pricing
• Enhance the renewal management process, building renewal strategies with business owners and
• Develop category strategies for major spend areas to consolidate vendors, inform renewals, and stop
• Design and implement a third-party vendor risk program aligned with security and stakeholders
• Build leverage by giving business owners what they need to negotiate on their own

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, most at technology or SaaS
• Track record of delivering measurable savings via complex negotiations, including large cloud
• Reputation as a trusted business partner balancing commercial results with stakeholder needs
• Leading-practice procurement process design with results from redesign and simplification
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills at executive level, with data-driven analysis
• Experience designing third-party risk processes with Security, Legal, and Compliance partners
