Head of Procurement

📋 Description

• Define and implement procurement strategy aligned to business growth
• Establish procurement policies, governance frameworks, and controls
• Design and embed the procurement operating model with category management
• Build the procurement roadmap, including systems, processes, and capability development
• Lead, develop and performance-manage the procurement team
• Report directly to CFO and participate in leadership discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in procurement with 3+ years leading a function
• MCIPS (or near) qualification; IIPMM advantage for Ireland
• Experience in tech consulting, professional services, resale or high-growth
• Proven track record building or transforming a procurement function
• Strong track record delivering cost savings and commercial value
• Experience across indirect spend: contractors and contingent workforce
