Head of Procurement

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end procurement strategy: sourcing, contracting, supplier performance
• Build relationships with infrastructure, telecom, and technology vendors
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and SLAs for best value
• Develop a vendor management framework with scorecards and reviews
• Drive procurement automation via e-procurement platforms and PO workflows
• Manage budgets and drive category cost optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Head of Procurement or Senior Procurement Manager ready to lead
• Experience in infrastructure and/or telecom procurement
• Experience building vendor scorecards, SLAs, and reviews
• Negotiating pricing, terms, SLAs, and supplier performance
• Working knowledge of procurement software/tools (e-procurement, PO workflows)
• Experience building/maturing procurement function and coaching a team
