Head of Procurement and Sourcing

📋 Description

• Build and lead BridgeBio's Strategic Procurement function.
• Stand up the team, define category strategy and governance.
• Own end-to-end procurement across IT, Travel & Expense, Sales & Marketing, and G&A.
• Run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and lead contract negotiations.
• Implement contract lifecycle management and supplier performance KPIs.
• Deliver savings against ~100s of millions in spend and scale processes over time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing; biotech/pharma favored.
• Experience building or scaling a procurement function.
• Category expertise across IT, travel, marketing/agency, and G&A spend.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
