Head of Product

📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap across integrations, lifecycle, and core platform capabilities, balancing
• Define and execute product strategy in partnership with the CTO and founders, aligning roadmap
• Lead, mentor, and develop the product management team while establishing strong product practices
• Partner closely with Engineering to define requirements, manage scope and trade-offs, and ensure
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure products
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, competitive analysis, and market research, translating

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, including at least 4 years
• Demonstrated experience launching products that have delivered measurable business results
• Strong experience with integrations, workflows, enterprise platforms, or similarly complex B2B
• Proven ability to combine strategic product thinking with hands-on operational execution and
• Strong customer-centric approach, with experience using customer research, interviews, competitive
• Technical fluency, including the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, understand APIs
