Head of Product

📋 Description

• Own Nuro product strategy and roadmap for the Nuro Driver and commercialization products.
• Translate customer and partner needs into technical requirements and clear product priorities.
• Partner across Autonomy, Systems, Infrastructure, Data, Operations, PM, Business Development, and
• Shape the commercialization roadmap to scale autonomy across markets, geographies, and vehicle
• Serve as an executive product voice, communicating tradeoffs to executives and partners.
• Build a disciplined product operating model aligning Product, Engineering, PM, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum: 15+ years in technology, product management, or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years PM experience with ownership of complex technical products.
• 5+ years leading product teams or organizations.
• Experience with AI/ML, robotics, autonomy, or related complex technical domains.
• Proven ability to translate customer/partner needs into strategy, requirements, and roadmaps.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $235,000 - $352,000 (USD), with bonus, equity, and benefits.
