Head of Product – Agentic Offerings

📋 Description

• Lead product and design vision for Agentic Offerings (AI Hub, AgentSPHERE, Gateway).
• Drive strategy for Discoverability and conversion, governance, and marketplace for AI agents.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team building merchant tools to configure and secure agent ecosystems.
• Advocate for enterprise-grade security and governance; ensure agent interactions are authenticated.
• Partner with Engineering to evolve Agent Gateway and optimize AI Hub for multi-channel discovery.
• Balance vision with execution to deliver value as LLMs evolve within the Agentic ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in product management, ideally in B2B/enterprise software.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with major ecosystem partners (Google, OpenAI, MSFT, payment providers).
• Proven track record leading high-performing product/design teams through rapid growth.
• Ability to balance vision with execution and deliver iterative value as LLMS evolve.
• Strategic mindset navigating complex partner ecosystems (LLMs, PSPs, System Integrators).
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and ability to articulate business value of emerging tech.
