Head of Product – Agentic Offerings

📋 Description

• Drive the product strategy for Agentic Offerings (AI Hub, Agent Gateway)
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to build commerce-native tools and interfaces for agent ecosystems
• Serve as a key advocate for enterprise-grade security and governance of AI agents
• Partner with Engineering to evolve Agent Gateway and optimize AI Hub for multi-channel discovery
• Balance vision with execution to deliver iterative business value rapidly
• Define and evolve the agentic narrative with Product Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in product management, and commercially minded ideally in B2B/enterprise software
• Strong cross-collaboration with ecosystem partners (Google, OpenAI, MS, payments)
• Proven track record leading high-performing product and design teams through growth
• Ability to balance vision with execution, delivering iterative value while LLM specs evolve
• Strategic mindset to navigate complex partner ecosystems (LLMs, PSPs, SI)
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and articulating business value
