Head of Product Analytics - Modelling

📋 Description

• Own the Product Analytics roadmap, aligning analytical priorities to product strategy, customer
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers and Engineering teams from concept through to delivery
• Lead customer journey analytics across web and app experiences, identifying behavioural trends
• Develop predictive models and analytical solutions that power personalised customer experiences
• Influence product strategy and prioritisation through customer insight, behavioural analytics
• Support the launch of new products and features through customer analysis, experimentation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Product Analytics, Digital Analytics or
• Strong experience partnering with Product leadership to influence product strategy, prioritisation
• Strong experience developing predictive models and analytical solutions such as Next Best Action
• Expertise in behavioural analytics, customer journey analysis, experimentation and A/B testing
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale customer, digital and behavioural
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer insights into improved engagement
