Head of Product - Business Lending

📋 Description

• Own the lending P&L and strategy; set multi-year plan.
• Build and scale the lending org; recruit, develop, and lead PM team.
• Take products from 0-1 to scale; launch term loans and lines of credit.
• Partner with credit, underwriting, and risk on policy and models.
• Manage capital and lending partners; coordinate with finance and banks.
• Balance growth with rigor; meet credit, risk, and compliance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in lending or credit products, SMB/commercial focus.
• 5+ years leading product management teams; hiring and coaching.
• Deep command of full lending lifecycle: eligibility through collections.
• Proven track record owning lending P&L, pricing, and capital.
• Experience launching and scaling 0-1 lending products, fintech.
• Experience with bank or lending partners and capital markets.
• Data-driven, experimentation-focused with cross-functional leadership.
